JTronix is the entity entrusted with launching a viable and sustainable electronics design industries in the Jordan. JTronix is a public private partnership (PPP) program under King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD) and IrisGuard, Inc. the leading iris recognition company. JTronix will act as a catalyst to attract local and foreign players to setup in Jordan, it will oversee the human resource preparations of Jordanian electronic engineers, support electronic startup firms, provide common electronic services and create what envisaged as the jTronix Electronic Village within which fostering of future growth in Jordanian electronic industries will take place.
