The Housing and Urban Development Corporation website http://www.hudc.gov.jo has won the best e-Government website award for technological innovation for the year 2009 , competing with all governmental and public offices in the Arab region. The award was given to the HUDC website for the advanced technological innovation incorporated its pages, services and features. To view the award details click here.

The competition is organized and held by both the Arab Administrative Development Organization; a specialized entity that is affiliated with the League of Arab States and is responsible for promoting administrative development in the Arab region, and by the e-Government Web Awards, a member of the Pan Arab Web Awards & ARADO Awards.

The awarding ceremony was held in the Lebanese capital Beirut on April 14th, 2010.
