The Tabouk municipality has requested that dot.jo create a system that can manage all the complaints they receive on a daily basis. dot.jo created the ticketing system which allows the system administrator at the Tabouk municipality to add all the complaints he receives to a database. Then the system will organize all these complaints, then transfer them to all the right departments in order to successfully manage these complaints. The system also guarantees the promptness of action to the complaint, by setting out a date for the complaint to be handled, and if it is delayed, a message will be sent to the department head in charge of that certain problem.
