Launching Jordan to a cleaner, brighter future, Watch Your Waste is now up and running. The new Sekrab e-Museum http://www.sekrabemuseum.org/ , provides a place for children, and adults, to learn about the issues and solutions around consumption related waste management. Approaching this crucial discussion through an educational and entertaining program, the Watch Your Waste Sekrab/ e-Museum is an interactive and informative website. dot.jo has designed the complete content management system, and its Arabic mirror, around a variety of tools and engines to help Sekrab fulfill their vision for the site. Parents and kids can join the efforts to reduce our waste through joining the online community, encouraged through the e-newsletter or video and written posts pulled directly onto the website from Sekrab’s social media accounts, including YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. The museum, a collaboration between the Children's Museum Jordan and the Arab American National Museum, offers downloadable games to make learning about waste fun, promoting good habits among future consumers in order to reduce the world’s waste.

The Watch Your Waste e-Museum project encourages children aged 12 – 14 years to work together to examine their own consumption practices, research practices of the past and create new solutions for today’s environmental problems.

The Children’s Museum Jordan, a non-profit educational initiative of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah.
